If you are an iPhone user I don’t see how they’re getting past your thing just set up where any unknown calls or any unverified calls will go to spam and you shouldn’t receive them because I’ve been dealing with this for two years or whoever it was, was making it look like I was texting someone that I wasn’t back-and-forth And it started problems in the family because of course, when your partner thinks you’re talking to someone else and it shows up with all women’s names and crazy stuff and you see you on the phone bill where are your partners answering them? It is very suspicious so they could be piggybacking off your service. You can factory data reset your phone if you have an android, you need some sort of virus blocked or Robo blocker protector because they can easily hack your phone. Scammers are relentless and will try to wear you down. Now if I don't want to deal with any of them, if I don't recognize the number I just don't answer or I hit my "STOP" button. When I first got it, the number of calls dropped significantly. I'm sure they are still out there somewhere. If you can't find one of the units I mentioned do a search. Get the info you need in case you need to use it later then just hang up. They already seem to know my name and many are calling to try to get me to change coverage on a Medicare Supplement Plan. Do not give bank info, credit card info, or any other personal info to these people. There are still those out there that will try. Only when these people know that we can work together no matter where they call from, will they hesitate. But if you are scammed and have lost money, but sure to file a complaint. Since there are so many I doubt they have the manpower to look up every one of them. They probably would want the name of the caller, or business name being used, the nature of the call, time, date, and number called from. I'm thinking of contacting the FCC to see what can be done. No guarantee that the callers are really in the same zip code. Seems these callers use a number whose area code matches my own. The area codes are all different and the list goes on an on. Worked great for a while but I see the scammers are back at it again and the above companies (and probably more) are there to help them continue to harrass. ![]() This can be done while on the call or as the call comes in. Not sure if the number is the same now but the unit allows for a very large number of numbers to be added to the list. I got mine some time ago but then the US Customer Service number was 40. Some numbers are already preprogrammed, but the rest all you have to do is to push a button. However, I've discovered a unit called a CPR Call Blocker. Personally I don't think we should have to do that. It appears that the actual users are several layers deep and would give you that information if you paid them for it. Looks like there are a number of these companies more than willing to subscribe to anyone that wants a number. From what I've found some are from The Feed Foundation, Onvoy, Broadvox, AT&T Internet Services, SBC Internet Services, etc. I answer sometimes and ask them not to call again but that doesn't work. Today I got 7 all between 7:06 pm and 7:59 pm. I've tried looking them up but it appears that there are several different companies involved. Do not call national registry and register your phone number. ![]() Make sure the numbers on the phone bill with you’re calling you see anything unusual go to your phone company, you can also do a factory reset on your phone and call 18 800. check your phone bill make sure everything is accurate. ![]() A Robo collar is not going to continue to call somebody 30 times a day because what are they gaining? They’re not asking for money they’re not doing anything no threats not saying anything so to me at someone some of you know because I’ve seen on my phone bill foundation and it’s show text back-and-forth between me and that feed store so they may very well be piggybacking off your guises phones. ![]() If you have an iPhone go look at the apps that spoof in their stuff people slip up you can trace it and you can also trace IP address address of where the person is calling you just have to know what you’re doing to search because I’ve been going through this for two years. How they’re doing that is they download an app and they can make it say Tom and Jerry so like I said it’s not just a Robo collar cause they’re not asking for anything not wanting anything it’s more than likely you got a 50-50 it’s either somebody you know harassing you or trying to break up and get you and your partner to fight and cause problems But with my experience it is an app that you download and you can put any name I know one way that they do that is Google voice just look on whatever phone you have.
